Jerri Melissa ‘Missy’ Headrick

Jerri Melissa “Missy” Headrick, 34, of Dalton, departed this life Friday, Feb. 1, 2008, at her residence.

She was born Nov. 11, 1973, in Whitfield County.

Missy was a licensed Emergency Medical Technician Paramedit and worked for Whitfield Emergency Medical Service.

Missy is survived by her children, Stacy Michael Headrick and Kirsten Taylor Headrick of Cohutta; parents, Harvey and Lois Jean Patterson of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law, Matt and Melissa Patterson of Villanow; sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie and Brian Mays of Dalton, Tammy Maddox of Rocky Face, Katrina and Lamont Smalls, Lisa and David Todd of Dalton; many other family and friends.

Services to celebrate the life of Missy Headrick are Monday at 1 p.m. from the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with Pastor Ricky Clark officiating.

Entombment will be in the Resurrection Mausoleum at Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.

The Honor Guard from Whitfield Emergency Medical Service will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday after 5 p.m.
