Peggy Dean Lowe

Mrs. Peggy Dean Lowe, 51, of Dalton, departed this life Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 23, 2011, at the local hospital.

Peggy was born April 28, 1960, in Palmer, Tenn., a daughter of the late Everette and Katherine Sanders Layman.  She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Sherry Blaylock and Cassie Massingill.  

She is survived by her son, Jeremy Dewayne Harrison; daughters and sons-in-law, Amanda and Abel Patino and Misty and Ronald Painter all of Dalton; brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Beverly Layman and Alton and Pam Layman of Dayton, Tenn.; sisters and brother-in-law, Linda and Leon Brooks, Darlene Blair and Ethelene Blaylock, all of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Justin and Brandon Painter, Orlando Harrison, Abel Caylob Patino and Alicia Diaz; nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Peggy Dean Lowe are today at 2 p.m. in the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home.

She will be laid to rest at the Center Point Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
