Robert Ray Davis

Robert Ray Davis, age 62, of Dalton, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Erlanger Medical Center.

 He was preceded in death by his parents, John D. and Mary Thelma Davis.

Robert was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He was a gentleman farmer and loyal friend and team member of “S.U.Y.R” at Chattanooga Billiards Club (CBC)

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Defore Davis of the residence; daughters and sons-in-law, Brandy and Jeff Richmond and Erica and Phillip Turner, all of Ringgold and Heather Morgan of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law, John E. and Jacqeline Davis of Dalton; grandchildren, Kylee, Lauren, Montana, Greyson, Theo and Georgia; nieces and nephews also survive.

The memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015 at 1 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral with Rev. Keely Hasty officiating.  

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the service time at 1 p.m.
