PHOTOS: Snowplows used to clean potato spill on Minnesota highway

Thousands of potatoes were scattered across a Minnesota highway after a truck overturned on Monday afternoon.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, snowplows were used to clear the spuds off of the highway near Fergus Falls, Minnesota, temporarily reducing the eastbound lanes to one lane.

The driver walked away uninjured, and no one else was involved in the crash. The cause of the crash is still unknown.
