• Charity Shvon Dallas, 37, 1116 Willowdale Road, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Vincente Diaz, 20, 202 Pinehill Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving too fast for conditions and failure to maintain lane.
• Dajsha Frazier, 19, 1300 Autumn Court-9, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs) and following too closely.
• James Rickie Green, 59, 556 Horseshoe Way, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a schedule 1 or 2 drug with the intent to distribute.
• Jose Javier Guzman, 35, 515 Woodland Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, driving without insurance and driving without a valid license.
• Porfirio Isidro Hernandez, 38, 401 Barbara Ave., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with forgery in the second degree, driving without a valid license and driving without headlights and other lights on when required.
• Franklin Dean Jaynes, 31, 111 S. Fourth Ave., Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with aggravated assault (family violence), battery (family violence) and cruelty to children (allow to witness a felony/battery/family violence).
