Area arrests, 2-24

• Needham Harold Babb, 36, 219 Floodtown Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with burglary and violation of a family violence order.

• Tammy Lynn Beasley, 34, 847 Carters Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault (family violence) and third degree cruelty to children.

• Brandon Adam Headrick, 27, 615 Wooded Hills Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, two counts of felony probation violation and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Tyler Allen Long, 20, 95 Rymer Road, Chatsworth, was charged Mon-day by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking.

• Nery Oswaldo Lopez-Vargas, 23, 1 Mary St., Cartersville, was placed on hold Monday at the Whitfield County jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Erica June Pace, 33, 3321 Lake Kathy Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with felony parole violation, driving without a valid license and a headlight violation.

• James Nathan Runnion, 51, 72 Pinto Lane, Ringgold, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
