• Russell Lee Campbell, 52, 5263 Apison Road, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation and contempt of Superior Court.

• Bobby Glenn Hamrick, 30, 231 Brandon Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation, fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer and willful obstruction of law officers.
• Joseph Anthony King, 39, 1007 Arizona Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, driving on a suspended or revoked or canceled registration and driving without a valid license.
• Timothy William Lawter, 25, 9 Brothers Lane-907, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of drug-related objects.
• Crystal Sue Partion, 31, 122 Peters St., Calhoun, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• Andy Lee Rodriguez, 27, 503 Morningside Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault (gun).
• Jose Salaises, 28, 1317 Coogler Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.

• Albert Ladale Ware, 28, 422 Gordon St., Rockmart, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.
• Patrick Brian Clodfelter, 35, 8 Cox Road-9, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with cruelty to children in the second degree, disorderly conduct and willful obstruction of law officers.
