Area Arrests 4-10

• Michael Stephen Bell, 57, 402 N. Varnell Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.

• Daniel Allen Hayes, 36, 1157 Cavender Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, felony probation violation and felony failure to appear.

• Eugene William Meeks III, 58, 98 Roberts Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

• Christopher Alan Moore, 44, 695 Fashion Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, a seat belt violation, defective tires, driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to maintain lane/improper lane change.

• Terry Don Phillips, 49, 113 Green Road/homeless, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Joseph Anthony Wright, 39, 4032 W. Parliament Drive, Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, an open container violation and speeding.

• Tyler Anderson Gunnoe, 24, 5295 Upper River Road, Charleston, Tenn., was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, expired license plate, no insurance and following too closely.

• Jose Luis Lopez-Villalobos, 22, 2000 Brookview Drive-B, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft of an automobile, felony probation violation and felony failure to appear.
