• George Louis Arroyo Jr., 31, 68 Foxes Grove Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by state probation with felony parole violation.

• Adam Daniel Cross, 29, 2460 Kittle Road, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Bobbie Kay Smith, 37, 100 Rebecca Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking.

• Terry Lee Smith, 45, 1516 Hightop Trail, Knoxville, Tenn., was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking, simple battery (family violence), failure to appear and obstructing an emergency call.

• Timothy Richard Underwood, 56, 3219 Satcher Road, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary in the second degree.

• Domingo Valdez-Vega, 20, 123 Revina Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
