• Andrew Dale Beavers, 32, 3592 Lindsey Memorial Road, Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with burglary.

• Brian Lee Brindle, 44, 321 Maple Grove Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale or intent to sell marijuana and sale of a schedule 1 or 2 synthetic narcotic.

• Taber Brandon Brookshire, 38, 2471 Ridge Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of a schedule 1 or 2 drug, two counts of possession of a schedule 2 drug, possession of a schedule 4 drug, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of amphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

• Jeffrey Norris Garner, 40, 123 S. Adelia Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Scott Kenneth Gibbs, 46, 4567 Mount Pleasant Road, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with felony failure to appear.

• Andrew Keith Greeson, 19, 709 Arbella St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary, criminal damage to property and willful obstruction of law officers.

• Keith Michael Lewis, 36, unknown address, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with failure to register as a sex offender/failure to comply with requirements/providing false info.

• Benjamin Darryl Powell, 50, 3076 Riverbend Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony violation of Georgia Employment Security law.

• Justin Nathaniel Wheat, 31, 798 Liberty Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Chandler Alexandra Reed Everette, 22, 1354 Headlee Ave., Morgantown, W.Va., was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony bail jumping and failure to appear.

• Cammie Ann Slaughter, 33, 102 Lyndsey Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
