• David Carson Ayers, 38, 57 N. White Oak Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Justin Christopher Blackwell, 29, 1116 Willowdale Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug-related objects.
• Brent Greg Danley, 37, 461 W. Railroad St. N.E., Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Wednesday by the state Department of Public Safety with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, DUI (drugs), operating a vehicle without adequately securing load, taillights violation and brake lights and turn signals required.
• Matthew Shane Dyer, 29, 2907 Smith Lane-A, Knoxville, Tenn., was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony bail jumping and felony failure to appear.
• Rufino Fraire-Ramirez, 31, 287 Levi Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the state Department of Public Safety with DUI (multiple substances), driving while license is suspended or revoked, open container violation, commercial vehicle driver violation and commercial vehicle driver use/possession of alcohol while driving.
• Jose Gonzalez-Oxlay, 39, 724 Highway 293-Lot 39, Emerson, was placed on hold Wednesday at the Whitfield County jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
• Jessica Lynn Hurley, 28, 6099 Highway 411 S., Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Clifford Maruis Lowery, 70, 6993 Highway 225 N., Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with drugs not in the original container and possession of a schedule 1 or 2 drug with the intent to distribute.
• Jesse Lamar Nunez, 27, 1007 S. Lakeshore Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.
• Erica Danielle Postelle, 42, 2844 Cloud Springs Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with deposit account fraud.
• Florinda Raymundo-Perez, 31, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated identity fraud, forgery in the first degree and identity fraud.
• Priscilla Lynn Ridgeley, 34, 126 Revina Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
• Kelly Eugina Robertson, 46, 64 Glenn St., Eton, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• Darrell James Sherrill, 29, 3933 Sheldon Drive, Resaca, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
• Porsha Cinda Lynn Teasley, 29, 3803 Highway 225 N., Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana or methamphetamine.
• Charles Junior Tigue, 71, 4729 Mitchell Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, habitual violator, driving while license is suspended or revoked, operating a motor vehicle without a proper tag/decal, driving without insurance, pedestrian control signal violation and failure to maintain lane.
• Justin Brett Trout, 20, 1501 Misty Valley Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession of meth with the intent to distribute.
• Daniel Joseph Usrey, 36, 1386 Sitton Road S., Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug-related objects and permitting unlawful operation of a vehicle.
• Kevin Lamar Walraven, 35, 150 Haley Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
