• Heriberto Junior Acevedo, 27, 503 Davis St. -2, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession to distribute meth, possession of meth, less than an ounce of marijuana and trafficking in meth.

• Tony Morales Adame, 23, 892 Manis Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession to distribute meth, possession of meth, less than an ounce of marijuana and trafficking in meth.

• Destani Jade Bailey, 17, 148 Parrish Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• David Troy Beasley, 48, homeless in Eton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by shoplifting, possession to distribute meth, possession of a schedule 4 drug, possession of meth, less than an ounce of marijuana and tools for the commission of a crime, violation of the Georgia Control SubstancesAct.

• David Bellamy, 48, 297 Rymer Road, Old Fort, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession to distribute meth, possession of meth and tools for the commission of a crime, violation of the Georgia Control Substances Act.

• Matthew Earl Carroll, 28, 450 Wilbanks Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with drugs not kept in original container, possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance, simple battery, obstruction of an officer and criminal damage to property.

• Eric Lamar Crump, 33, 194 Briar Field Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Friday with possession to distribute meth, less than an ounce of marijuana, trafficking in meth, possession of meth, DUI and windshield wiper violation.

• Zachary Ryar Gunter, 17, 513 N. Second Ave., Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and loitering, prowling.

• Alan Lansdell Haigler, 40, 31 Etowah Drive, Cartersville, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Timothy Dale Hicks, 30, 4282 Highway 52 Alternant, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Amy Michelle Lones, 36, 4177 Brown Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with use of communications facilities in drug transaction and sell of schedule 1 and 2 drugs.

• Karter Thomas Mchan, 17, 1201 Stafford Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, loitering and prowling, possession of dangerous drugs and drugs not kept in original container.

• Jason Ray Mandeville, 41, 27 Peeples Lake Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with reckless driving and DUI.

• Anthony Dale Kelley, 30, 1667 Sugar Creek Road, Crandall, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a schedule 3 drug and DUI.

• Dora Nicole Cartwright, 23, 2317 Sir Lancelot Place -8, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving while license suspended or revoked and failure to maintain lane.

• Daniel James Epperson, 51, 306 Kay Drive N.E., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI.

• Larry Douglas Patterson, 57, 748 Callahan Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving while license suspended or revoked and open container violation.

• Fransisco Javier Rodriguez, 32, 47 Breanna Way, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with turn signal requirements, DUI and open container violation.
