• Deborah Michele Campbell, 43, 816 Shugart Road, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking.

• Monica Elaine Gaddis, 26, 270 Clinton Lunsford Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of meth and possession of meth with intent to distribute.

• Tabitha Lynn Gonzalez, 21, 1104 Main St., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by shoplifting and misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

• Barry Wayne Gordon, 58, 1976 Red Cut Road-C, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Tony Dewayne Griggs, 55, 322 W. Holly Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a schedule 4 drug, six counts of possession of drug-related objects, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of a schedule 2 drug and possession of meth.

• Fred David Hair Jr., 47, 331 Dixie Crescent St., Millen, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Ronnie Edward Hammack, 46, 131 Maple Drive, Resaca, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Aron Juarez-Juarez, 31, Blotom Road, Baxter, Tenn., was placed on hold Monday at the Whitfield County jail for immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Casey Bryan Smith, 34, 406 Bristol Place-24, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Misty Dawn Southern, 36, 210 Cheyenne Trail, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth.

• Shannon Edward Weaver, 32, Stay Lodge, Rocky Face, was charged Monday by state probation with felony parole violation.

• Justin Nathaniel Wheat, 31, 798 Liberty Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of marijuana, possession of drug-related items and cruelty to children (criminal negligence).

• Austin Hassell, 21, 1302 Highway 18, Villa Ridge, Mo., was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug-related objects and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

• Heather Rain Palmer, 19, 56 Riverview Court, Union, Mo., was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Abel Rendon Jr., 20, 411 Roberts St.-6, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, possession of alcohol by a minor and a taillight violation.
