• Kory Allen Albury, 27, 111650 Rhodine Road, Riverview, Fla., was charged Thursday by the state Department of Public Safety with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug-related objects, driving an unsafe or improperly equipped vehicle, a commercial vehicle hours of service violation and a lane violation.

• David Stephen Bennett, 19, 515 Wilson Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with misdemeanor probation violation and felony probation violation.

• Justin Blake Hall, 25, 770 Callahan Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of or intent to sell marijuana and use of communication facilities in drug transactions.

• Gregory Justin Henshaw, 35, 5110 Highway 225, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of meth.

• Timothy Richard Underwood, 56, 3219 Satcher Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Jacob Alvis Bridges, 24, 381 Baker Road-2, Calhoun, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.

• Walter James Durdin, 45, 871 Morris Road, Aragon, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with attempt or conspiracy to violate state drug laws, use of communication facilities in drug transactions and possession of meth.

• Kayla Breann Poteet, 21, 1907 Cascade Way, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.
