• Christopher Michael Baggett, 39, 105 S. Lynnway Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Mark Lee Baker, 46, 690 Sam Love Road, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Kenneth Michael Brehm, 36, 738 Smyrna Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first-degree forgery.

• Richard Wayne Denton, 48, 334 Barney Pierce Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation and failure to appear.

• James Franklin Fields, 40, 150 Pulling Drive, Crandall, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated child molestation and sexual battery against a child under 16.

• Robin Lebron Kendrick, 43, 3104 Tennga Gregory Road, Crandall, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by receiving stolen vehicle, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, felony probation violation, willful obstruction of law officers, possession of tools for the commission of crime, reckless driving, speeding, passing in a no-passing zone, failure to maintain lane and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

• Roland Ray Maynard, 60, 304 Water St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Brandon Lee Checkan, 19, 187 Browns Circle, Resaca, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with felony shoplifting.

• Kevin Jacob Holsomback, 19, 544 Redwine Cove Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with felony shoplifting.

• Susanne Lynn Ready, 62, 1890 Brady Drive-2, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Joshua Wayne Teeters, 27, 55 Ferncliff Drive, Rossville, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Kimberly Anne Watson, 36, 1 Brothers Lane-101, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and speeding.
