In 2023, Georgia transitioned to a three-year identification process for CSI schools. To annually celebrate CSI schools making advancements in their improvement plans, the Georgia Department of Education now designates CSI Progress Schools each year.
This year, 52 schools across the state have earned this recognition, including The Dalton Academy. To qualify, schools had to demonstrate at least a 5% increase in the College and Career Ready Performance Index Content Mastery component score from 2023 to 2024 while also achieving a score of 80 or higher in at least one of the following areas: Progress, Closing Gaps or Readiness.
The Dalton Academy’s recognition as a CSI Progress School reflects the hard work of its students, educators and administrators in striving for continuous improvement and success.
