Area Arrests

• David Eugene-Martin Bunch, 52, 206 Shady Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with a felony failure to appear, improper lane change, driving on a suspended license, operating a vehicle without a proper tag and bondsman off bond.

• Emanuel Joel Quintero, 30, 126 Dog Lane Drive, No. 1, Adairsville, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Cassie Dashay Black, 18, 1755 Highway 52 Alternate, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Tiffany Michelle Defriese, 24, 210 Hendricks Blvd., E-88, Red Bank, Tenn., was charged Sunday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with drugs out of original container, fugitive from justice, DUI, driving on a suspended license and failure to maintain lane.

• Elvis Osorio Martinez, 23, 1316 Winton Drive, No. 7, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

• Jared Charles Miolen, 18, 835 A Davenport Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with giving false information, terroristic threats and acts and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Cody Sanders, 21, 15 West Madderbrook, Red Bank, Tenn., was charged Sunday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of a schedule II drug and possession of drug related objects.

• Andrew David Tyler Smith, 18, 246 Jackson Lake Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
