Area arrests 9/21

• Jana Rose Blair, 25, 1699 W. Oak Drive-261, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of heroin.

• Ray Anthony Douthitt, 53, 1818 Susan Drive N.W., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Addie Gooden, 18, 501 Rayn Villenge Q, Hover, Ala., was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with fugitive from justice (they are wanted in Jefferson County, Ala.).

• Michael Wayne Kelley, 48, 163 Chicksaw Road, Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with fugitive from justice (they are wanted in Bradley County, Tenn.).

• Thomas Edward Lackey, 32, 412 Oral Drive, Helenwood, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with criminal trespassing on a state park, harvesting undersized ginseng, misdemeanor theft by taking and felony theft by taking.

• Morlin MarQuise Moore, 39, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with burglary (forced entry), kidnapping and two counts of aggravated assault.

• Michael Anh Nguyen, 25, 1204 Lakemont Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by shoplifting, theft by deception, sale of heroin, possession of heroin to distribute, sale of heroin, use of communication facilities in drug transactions, possession of heroin, felony probation violation and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Alfredo F. Perez, 44, 328 Downtowner Hotel, Dalton, was charged Friday by another agency with terroristic threats and acts.

• David Vernon Quinn, 47, 1148 Callahan Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of felony probation violation.

• Alonso Gerardo Rivera, 23, 727 McGhee Place, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with robbery, manufacture/possession to distribute an imitation controlled substance and willful obstruction of law officers.

• Tommy Allen Fowler Jr., 24, 3950 Shelton Drive, Resaca, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s office with possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Chad Allen Nelson, 25, 1832 Wendell St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Victor Osorio, 23, 3591 Dug Gap Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving without a valid license and failure to maintain lane.

• Esmeralda Rodriguez, 17, 105 Quillian Road, Dalton, was place on hold Saturday at the Whitfield County Jail for Gilmer County, Ga.

• Travis James Smith, 29, 1399 Manly Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with brake light requirements, improper lane change/failure to maintain lane and DUI.
