• Dale Gregory Cope, 56, 116 Marbut Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and an open container violation.

• Michael Ray Choate, 35, 1743 Brush Town Road, Cisco, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs) and obscuring license plate.

• Precious Juanita Manis, 25, 2631 Rocky Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, battery (family violence) and cruelty to children in the third degree.

• Raymond Cody Manis, 26, 2680 Sugar Valley Highway, Sugar Valley, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of meth.

• Kasey Shareese Poteet, 23, 232 Pack Road, Ranger, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Roshi Anthony Bonds, 31, 2908 15th Ave.-8, Chattanooga, Tenn., was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Logan Chase Branson, 17, 636 Pine Oaks Road, Rocky Face, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of a schedule 2 drug, possession of drugs not in the original container and failure to maintain lane.

• Aaron Scott Cooley, 27, 300 McCune St., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Tuesday Rose Economos, 17, 4956 Old Federal Road S., Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Kevin Vernon Hill, 51, 1789 Brady Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with felony probation violation.

• Darrell Adam McHan, 32, 812 Cascade Road-73, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear and felony probation violation.

• Alejandra Paniagua-Ramos, 26, 2506 Fescue Place-A, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, speeding, failure to maintain lane and change of address or name within 60 days.

• Aliah Brooke Peel, 17, 684 Wildwood Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and driving on a restricted license.

• Thomas Wesley Ryder, 33, 1641 White Oak Cove, Loganville, was placed on hold Sunday at the Whitfield County jail for Gwinnett County.
