Pearl Ella Swift Vineyard

Pearl Ella Swift Vineyard, 90, of Dalton, passed away Monday, Oct. 6, 2014, at Hamilton Medical Center.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Erwin (Bud) Vineyard; parents, John and Mamie Swift; and five sisters and one brother.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Joan and Bentley Anderson of Dalton, Rita Prindle and fiance Chris of Rocky Face, Johnnie and Roy Selvidge of Dalton, and Monica Vineyard of Chatsworth; sons and daughter-in-law, George and Mickey Vineyard of Tunnel Hill, and Ronald and Peggy Vineyard of Dalton; grandchildren, Rob and Tina Beal, Ricky and Eva Beal, Keith and Jennifer Anderson, Amber Coffey, Beth Raper and Amy Vineyard; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Darey Kittle officiating.

Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Rob Beal, Ricky Beal, Keith Anderson, Bailey Vineyard, Taylor Beal and Preston Beal. Honorary pallbearers will be Brady Anderson and Lane Coffey.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 6 to 9 p.m.
