Barbara Anne Bearrow Bagby

Mrs. Barbara Anne Bearrow Bagby, 73, of Dalton, died Monday, Oct. 9, 2006, at Erlanger Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Monica Stewart; and a brother, I.V. Bearrow.

Barbara was a neonatal nurse with Gordon County Hospital and Medical College of Georgia. She was also a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, John F. Bagby of the residence; children and their spouses, John Robert and Martha Bagby of Orange Park, Fla.; John William and Susanne Bagby of Dalton, Jon Melissa and Michael Michaylo of Dalton, John Sean and Elvira Bagby of Dalton and Jon Kimberlee Bagby of Baltimore; mother, Hazel Self Bearrow of Tampa, Fla.; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial is Saturday at noon at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Mike Nolan officiating.

Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 5 to 8 p.m.
