Mamie Stanley Callahan

Mrs. Mamie Stanley Callahan, 78, of Dalton died Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2006, at her home.

He was preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Frankie Stanley; and her brother, Troy Stanley.

Mamie is survived by her husband, Robert W. Callahan; daughter and son-in-law, Delores and Harvey Howalt of Dalton; son, Rickey T. Penley of Dalton; sisters, Mattie Baynes, Martha Flowers, Christine Hendricks, all of Dalton, and Effie Johnson of Chatsworth; brother, Loyd Stanley of Dalton; two grandchildren, Jeff and Gina Davis and Tela and Patrick Sain, all of Dalton; great-grandchildren, Jessica Sain, Nickolas Sain, Julia Sain and Dylan Davis; several nieces and nephews.

Services are today at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Brother Barry Gilreath officiating.

Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends today until the time of service.
