Area Arrests for July 4-5

• Michelle R. Dixon, 45, 115 Charlie Walls Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony parole violation and misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property.

• Horace Eugene Burchfield Jr., 47, 200 Temple Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession of meth with intent to distribute.

• Robert Harold Cromer, 61, 110 N. Midway Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and felony theft of an automobile.

• Michael James Leamon, 39, 402 Old Apison Road, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by state probation with felony probation violation and misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers.

• Kyle Lee Loudermilk, 27, 2400 Antioch Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Mark Gregory Sims, 47, 173 Valley Point Drive S.E.-20, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of felony probation violation.

• Cody Austin Yawn, 29, Irene Way, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with entering an automobile with the intent to commit theft or a felony.

• Jose Ramon Alvardo, 17, 456 Cedar St., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with entering an automobile with the intent to commit theft or a felony, misdemeanor theft by taking and loitering/prowling.

• Andrew Issac Connor, 17, 196 Cottonwood Mill Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with entering an automobile with the intent to commit theft or a felony, misdemeanor theft by taking, loitering/prowling and driving without a valid license.

• Dakota Quentin Dale, 27, 245 E. Lee Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and loitering/prowling.

• Kim Dunn, 64, 1219 S.E. 18th Place, Ocala, Florida, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, open container violation and failure to maintain lane.

• Alec Matthew Harrison, 26, 6865 Worley Road-202, Cumming, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, felony probation violation, misdemeanor theft by shoplifting and misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers.

• Colton Ray Jones, 17, 413 Cattleman Drive-8, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with entering an automobile with the intent to commit theft or a felony, misdemeanor theft by taking and loitering/prowling.

• James Steven Pinto, 30, 2543 Alpine Way, Duluth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, improper lane change or usage and failure to maintain lane.
