• Tony Leroy Hall, 53, 300 N. Fifth Ave-Apt. 2, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with aggravated assault and simple assault.

• Bettina Angela Tillman, 40, 2081 Highway 52 Alternate, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of marijuana, drugs not in the original container, possession of drug-related objects and possession of a controlled substance.

• Yasmine Tulia Bailey, 19, 184 Parrish Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with felony theft by shoplifting.

• Eric Christopher Bolding, 47, 412 Treadwell Road-214, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.

• Tanya Lynn Bowers, 42, Decatur, Tennessee, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Jesse John Davalos, 36, 121 Seventh St., Calhoun, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Cheryl Pendley Elliot, 55, 65 Millis Stone Road, Fairmount, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a schedule 1 drug, speeding, taillights/lenses violation, driving while license is suspended or revoked and expired license plate.

• Vincent Kenny Justus, 49, 5300 Guesses Fork Road, Hurley, Virginia, was charged Tuesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of meth, possession of drug-related objects and taillights/lenses violation.

• Arturo Macias Jr., 21, 510 Central Drive-908, Chattanooga, was charged Tuesday by the Cohutta Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, driving without insurance, improper exhaust system and tint violation.

• Jimmy Allen Matney, 53, 796 Spring Hill Road, Cedar Bluff, Virginia, was charged Tuesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of drug-related objects and open container violation.

• Katelyn McNabb, 17, 25 Fashion Circle, Eton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with felony theft by shoplifting.

• Chandler Clay Officer, 21, 381 Haig Mill Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor probation violation.

• Daniel Leon Roper, 34, 197 Witherow Lane, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of meth and use of communication facilities in drug transactions.

• Timothy Shawn Cowan, 48, 134 Turnbuckle Way, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Selina Marie Smith, 31, 45 E. Bee Parsons Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.

• Adam Dewayne Watkins, 44, 371 Red Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.
