• Gary Lynn Brock Jr., 31, 661 Robinson Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Nathanial Ray Brookshire, 33, 3404 Fox Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by state probation with parole violation.

• James Ronald Brown, 43, 252 Red Cut Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Tracy Matthew Butler, 52, Woodbury, Pennsylvania, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault.

• Carmen Anthony Butticci, 43, 899 Boynton Drive, Ringgold, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of or intent to sell marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony.

• Mary Morgan Carter, 28, 316-B Mill Trace Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Alexander Ray Crofford, 24, 526 W. Nance Springs Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, two counts of terroristic threats and acts, simple assault, two counts of burglary (forced entry, dwelling) and criminal trespass (damage of $500 or less).

• Henery Lamar Daniel, 21, 1691 Desota Trail N.W., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and attempt or conspiracy to violate the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.

• Beverly Jane Dixon, 48, 2136 Lawson Drive-A, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Scott Vaughn Edwards, 29, 4439 Blue Springs Road, Cleveland, Tennessee, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Summer Garner, 34, 786 Stewart Road, Ringgold, was charged Thursday by the Cohutta Police Department with DUI, three counts of DUI — endangering a child and failure to maintain lane.

• Jonathan Brandon Gembe, 17, 1456 Dustin Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Don Cornelious Green, 21, 22 Lynn Ave., Rome, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with false imprisonment, simple battery (family violence), simple assault (family violence) and third-degree cruelty to children.

• Timothy Michael Kent, 29, 1108 Walston Ave., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and speeding.

• Edgar Steve Massingill, 52, 229 Dawnville Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with trafficking in meth and sale of meth.

• Natasha Nicole Moore, 38, 801 Rucky Drive-5, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, sale of or intent to sell marijuana, possession of a schedule 1 drug, possession of a schedule 4 drug, possession of cocaine, possession of meth, possession of tools for the commission of a crime (drugs) and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony.

• Brantley Alexander Morrow, 32, 273 Arnold Ave. N.E., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Shannon Jovan Richardson, 41, 68 Courtland Drive, LaFayette, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Shane Allen Wheat, 35, 1210 Good Hope Road N.E., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the state Department of Public Safety with felony failure to appear.

• Abigail Deeyonne Wright, 26, 33 Creeks Bend Lane, Ringgold, was charged Thursday by the Cohutta Police Department with DUI, improper use of a handicap parking space and open container violation.

• Kristy Lynne Albright, 41, 4222 Keith Valley Road N.E., Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Willie Shaun Banks, 38, 175 Smithfield Way, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, open container violation and failure to maintain lane.

• Arrieal Johnson, 30, 1706 Timberlane Lane N.E., Grand Rapids, Michigan, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Kyree Sanders, 23, 3965 Camelot Drive, Grand Rapids, Michigan, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
