• Monica Elaine Gaddis, 28, 270 Clinton Lunsford Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of a schedule 1 or 2 drug with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule 4 drug, possession of drug-related objects and obscured or missing license plate.

• Kimberly Ann Bennett, 43, 412 Treadwell Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of meth, possession of drug-related objects and purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana.

• Daniel Thomas Campbell, 27, 2500 Rolling Hills Drive N.W., Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Brandy Lynn Cearley, 41, 412 Treadwell Road-211, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of meth, possession of drug-related objects and purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana.

• Daniel Hayes Cearley, 44, 412 Treadwell Road-212, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of meth, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.

• Laura Michelle Cross, 42, 913 Vernon Ave., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of meth, possession of drug-related objects and purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana.

• Eddie Arvel Edwards, 59, 930 Oak Hills St., Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Justin Lee Fulkerson, 19, 4247 Hill Road, Mims, Fla., was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer for a felony offense, aggressive driving, possession of a firearm or knife during commission or attempt to commit certain felonies, driving without a valid license, obstruction of an officer, failure to obey stop sign or yield after stopping, headlights violation, driving without insurance, driving with the wrong class of license, seatbelts violation, reckless driving and felony theft by taking.

• Tommy Dale Long, 19, 330 Downing St., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary in the second degree, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and felony contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Melanie Marie McBee, 39, 201 S. Second Ave., Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Sherry Rene Williams, 42, 1421 Coker Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of meth, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.

• Walter James Breeden, 42, 1425 Shady Acres Road N.E., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with false imprisonment and simple battery (family violence).

• Cameron Lee Carroll, 25, 162 Alcoa Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with felony probation violation and felony failure to appear.

• Tyler Lamar Shipman, 20, 1495 Cloud Springs Road, Rossville, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and a taillights violation.
