• Richard Wayne Biester, 47, 31 Debbn Wydell St., Dallas, was charged Tuesday by probation services with felony probation violation.

• Brandon Dale Chastain, 26, 2612 Roberts Ave., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking (auto), two counts of attempt to violate Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act, sale of meth and parole violation.
• Deanna Aleathea Clay, 42, 803 Red Clay Road-A, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth, possession of a schedule 4 drug, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects and willful obstruction of law officers.
• Amy Marie Hamrick, 28, 233 Keller Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by conversion (business property), felony probation violation and two counts of misdemeanor theft by deception.
• Oscar Perez, 22, 202 High Mountain Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug-related objects and driving while license is suspended or revoked.
• Wesley Kyle Savage, 36, 472 Bishop Pond Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth, possession of opium, possession of a schedule 3 drug, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.
• Terry Junior Young, 58, 114 E. Lee Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth and two counts of possession of meth with the intent to distribute.
