• James Rodney Owenby, 24, 682 Tarvin Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Daniel Joseph Peppers, 23, 1082 Franklin Hill Road, Rocky Face, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with felony theft by taking and theft by deception.

• Clinton Forzay Tucker, 17, 723-B Houston Valley Road, Rocky Face, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary (nonresidential).

• Colby Austin Weaver, 25, 1128 Highway 225, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
