• Daniel Lee Atkins, 28, 174 Hard Work Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Wayne Anthony Eason, 57, 641 Wilshire Ave., Marietta, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, open container violation and taillight violation.
• Steven Bradley Rogers, 31, 139 Salem Way, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with false imprisonment and battery (family violence).
• Keisha Denee Smith, 36, 223 Caylor Road, Crandall, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• Kerri Leigh Stoker, 30, 1445 Threadmill Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of drug-related objects.
• Josh Ray Wallin, 31, 31 LaFayette St., Ringgold, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug-related objects, use of license place to conceal identity of vehicle, driving on a suspended or revoked license and driving unsafe or improperly equipped vehicle.
• Kevin Corey Weaver Jr., 37, 1976 Red Cut Road-B, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Eton Police Department with forgery.

•Luis Alberto Guerrero-Rodriguez, 25, 115 Chisholm Trail, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with crossing a guard line with drugs without consent and criminal trespass.
