• Jorge Luis Guijon, 21, Lester Avenue, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with sale or intent to sell marijuana.

• John Curtis Kelly, 31, 1667 Sugar Creek Road, Crandall, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (multiple substances), failure to maintain lane and driving too fast for conditions.
• Jimmy Wayne Baker, 54, 125 Russel Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault (other weapon), battery, DUI and reckless driving.
• Christian Guevara, 20, 110 Washington St., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and running a red light.
• Tanner Thomas Harris, 21, 297 Nantahala Drive S.E., Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Sunday by the Varnell Police Department with DUI and speeding.
• Tracy Diane Hovey-Phillips, 46, 4236 Country Way, Cohutta, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Jonathan Ibarra-Galvan, 29, 119 E. Emery St., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug-related objects and inmate possessing a controlled substance.

• Dalton Blake Penland, 20, 383 Coyote Trail, Ringgold, was charged Sunday by the Varnell Police Department with DUI, possession of alcohol by a minor and reckless driving.
