Pet of the Week: Meet Hiker

Hiker is a little more than a year old. He is a lab/beagle mix and is the most affectionate guy you will ever meet. He is very well-behaved in his kennel and loves to give kisses. Hiker’s favorite thing is exploring the pond area with his best friend Astrid.

The Humane Society of Northwest Georgia, at 1210 Veterans Drive in Dalton, is open to the public on Fridays from 3 to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for tours and adoptions.
