Tom Richardson

Tom Richardson, 79, of Dalton, passed away Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanton and Bessie Richardson; sister, Ruth Sanders; and brothers, Gene and Dennis Richardson.

Survivors include his wife, Mildred Richardson of the residence; two daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Mike Miller of Tunnel Hill, and Kim and Mike Thompson of Winston; sister, Maude McCullough of Florida; grandchildren, Ryan Arp, Mick Miller, and Casey and Trent Thompson; nieces and nephews.

The funeral is Monday at 11 a.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Wood officiating.

Burial will be in the West Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4 until 8 p.m
