Murray restaurants to help Community Christmas

Several Murray County restaurants have signed on to help fund the Community Christmas effort this year to bring toys, food, blankets and warm clothes to less fortunate residents.

Each Tuesday in October, Saucy Bones Barbecue, in the Stars and Stripes Shopping Center, and Four Way Drive In, in Springplace on Highway 225 South, will donate a percentage of their sales for Community Christmas.

Other Tuesday dates and participating restaurants are:

• Oct. 5 — Subways at either the Central location at 2976 Highway 76, or the Eton location at 79 Highway 286.

• Oct. 12 — Little Rome at 1201 N. Third Ave. and Captain D’s at 1125 N. Third Ave.

• Oct. 19 — Bojangles at 1119 N. Third Ave.

• Oct. 26 — Captain D’s at 1125 N. Third Ave.
