Mrs. Jessica Ann Fields Swafford, 31, of Dalton departed this life Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007, at her residence.

Jessica was born Dec. 17, 1975, in Columbus, Mo.

Survivors include her husband, Vince Duane Swafford of Dalton; son, Zachary Kendrick; daughters, Abigail Mae Swafford of Dalton, Jessica Denise Swafford of Madisonville, Tenn.; parents, Richard Sr. and Elizabeth Walker of Chatsworth, Ida VanHart of Pennsylvania, Gerald VanHart of New Jersey; brother Jonathan Walker; sister, Heather Gilbert of Chatsworth; mother-in-law, Janie Swafford of Dalton; father-in-law, Grady Swafford Jr. of Sugar Valley; several nephews and nieces.

Services are Sunday at 3 p.m. from the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny Cochran officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 9 p.m. today.

Arrangements are by locally owned and operated Ponders Funeral Home, 138 Melrose Drive, Dalton.
