Christy Cherie Newberry

Christy Cherie Newberry, 26, of Dalton, passed away Friday, Aug. 31, 2007, at Cartersville Medical Center as a result of an automobile accident.

She was employed by Hamilton Medical Center.

Survivors include her parents, Susan and Lane Newberry of Dalton; sister, Ashley Newberry of Dalton; brother, Brian Newberry of Dalton; maternal grandparents, Dot and Bert Richardson of Dalton; special friend, Timothy Patton of Marietta; aunts and uncles, Myra and Gary Brock of Dalton, Mike and Linda Newberry of Roswell, and Gene Zacher of Cathlamet, Wash.; cousins, Zac and Aly Brock, Kenny and Amanda Zacher, and Brittany and Kasha Newberry.

The funeral is Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Carolyn Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Green officiating.

Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.
