Area Arrests for Oct. 26

• Paul Lewis Couch, 60, 201 Northside Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

• Larry Robert White, 33, 320 Mount Carmel Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with stalking and harassing phone calls.

• Terry Lee Beavers, 58, 2552 Beavers Road, Rocky Face, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with probation violation, terroristic threats and acts and disorderly conduct.

• Luis Espino Esquivel, 32, 926 Avenue F, Apt. 3, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of cocaine.

• Mosie Alan Laws, 41, 341 Greenlea Circle, Taylorsville, N.C., as charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.

• Jeremy Wyatt McCrackin, 24, 1935 Tara Drive, Covington, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and driving too fast for conditions.

• Anibal Guerrero Rivero, 28, 118 Marla Drive, Cohutta, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with leaving the scene of an accident, improper lane usage, failure to stop for a stop sign, driving while license withdrawn, DUI and giving false information or false name.
