Vera Price

Vera Inthel Grammar DeFlippo Elders Price and a member of the Johnson family, 87, of Rossville, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2009, at her residence.

The daughter of the late Tony and Nellie DeFlippo, she was a member of Shepherd’s Chapel Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley Price; son, Carl Price; and daughter, Eve Elders.

Survivors include her children, Charlie Price, Phillip Price, Johnny Price, Terry Price, Jimmy Elders, Jerry Elders, Ann Decker Scoggins, Viola Wylene Price; grandchildren, Rocky Price, Adam Creek, Summer Downs, Jennifer Kirby, Michelle Price, Teresa Price, Awanda Price, Melissa Price, Misty Price, Angel Severa Letson, Tamitha Letson and Billy Ray Wilson II; several great- and great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel.

Burial will be in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
