BREAKING NEWS: Judge rules for school system on new high school

A Whitfield County Superior Court judge has ruled in favor of the county school system in a dispute with a citizens group over the legality of using $3.1 million in taxpayer dollars to help build a sewer plant and run nearly three miles of sewer lines for a new high school on Crow Road.
