Eloise Bookout James

Mrs. Eloise Bookout James, 78, of Dalton, passed away Thursday, Dec. 24, 2009, at her residence.

She was born April 14, 1931, to the late Clarence Frederick and Tennie Jamison Bookout and was preceded in death by an infant brother, Bennie Bookout; father of her children, William Carl James.

Eloise is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Judy James of Springfield, Ohio, Wayne and Teresa James, Bobby and Diane James all of Dalton; daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Terry Neal of Dalton; grandchildren, Brandon and Ashley James of Springfield, Jeff James, Chris and Amy James, Josh and Melissa Reed, Terry Wayne and Vicki Neal, Daniel and Heather Neal Jones all of Dalton; four great-grandchildren.

Services will be Sunday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry Wayne Neal officiating.

Burial will be in Sumach-Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Murray County.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Sunday from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour at 3 p.m.
