Kinard Realty recognizes achievement

Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty recently held its annual awards luncheon at The Heritage Room in Dalton. Agents from the Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty offices in Dalton, Chatsworth, Ringgold, Adairsville and Calhoun were honored for their achievements for 2010. Special Guest speaker Coach Hal Lamb from Calhoun High School talked about teamwork and handling adversity.

Top Producer and Production Awards were presented by Owners Mike Maret, Bill Blackwood, and John Thomas.
The Company’s Top Overall Agent Award was presented to Suzanne Hill from the Dalton Office. Chatsworth Top Agent was Sherry Southerland, Ringgold Top Agent was awarded to Becky Maples, Calhoun Top Agent was Fern Tzoucalis, and the Adairsville Top Agent was Linda Barron.
Coldwell Banker International Award’s were also presented to Carolyn Roan – President’s Elite. Suzanne Hill, Janice Skates, and Becky Maples – President’s Circle. John Leonard, Fern Tzoucalis, Sherry Southerland, Michelle Steelmon, Deane Clayton, and Karen Durham – Diamond Society. Gina Burnette, Linda Barron, and Christopher Seale – Sterling Society.
Michael Knapp won the Dalton Office’s Rookie of the Year and Glen Wykoff was awarded the Ringgold Office’s Rookie of the Year. Eddie Floyd was awarded the company’s Referral Agent of the Year.
Commercial Multi-Million Dollar Awards were presented to Bill Blackwood and Carol Mellick.
“We are very proud and appreciative of all our agents for their dedication and hard work in 2010. We increased our production in both units and volume from the previous year. We are excited and optimistic about 2011,” said Mike Maret, Broker/Owner.
