Clara Virginia Moore

Ms. Clara Virginia Moore, of Dalton, passed away Friday, Oct. 14, 2011, at Hamilton Medical Center.

She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and attended Community Fellowship Church with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. James Moore Sr. and Mrs. Estelle Dean Moore; three sisters, Ms. Blanche Moore, Mrs. Eugene Moore and Mrs. Esther Hill; six brothers, Mr. Amos Lee Moore, Mr. James Moore Jr., Mr. Sam Moore, Mr. Earl Moore, Mr. Pharris Moore Sr. and Mr. Mitchell Moore.

Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Regina Fay (Lee) Robbs; grandchildren, Mrs. LePorsche Fay (Tyrone) Harris and Mr. LaRon James Robbs, all of Dalton, Mr. Lamar (Sakita) Hill of Chicago, Mr. Brandon Ramsey of Atlanta, Mr. Tory Burse of Dalton; great-grandchildren, Mikel, Jada, Trey, Shacobi, Chaz and Lamara; sisters-in-law, Mrs. Janie Sue Moore and Mrs. Carolyn Moore, all of Dalton; brother-in-law, Mr. Albert Hill Sr. of Tunnel Hill; special neighbor and friend, Mr. Marcus Harris; and beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Services are Thursday at 1 p.m. at Community Fellowship Church with Bishop Stephen Thomas and other ministers officiating.

Her remains will be at the funeral home today after 11 a.m.
