Observed knife used for cutting foods stored between cooler and grill. Store in a sanitary location. Repeat violation. Observed roach traps stored behind waffle irons. Maintain agreement with professional pest company.

Observed no current inspection posted in view for public consumption. Observed food preparer grasping the wrong end of spoons at cooking station. Turn spoons where handles only are being touched. Also observed dirty can opener. Also, all handles of drawers, cabinets, refrigerator doors need to be sanitized frequently.
