More than 100 cows are loose and wandering along a five-mile stretch of Interstate 40 in Pottawatomie County, Okla. after the cattle truck transporting them overturned early Thursday morning.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials say that several of the cows were killed.

Oklahoma’s KOCO reports that the loose cows caused multiple other accidents, including a crash involving a semi-truck that overturned, spilling a load of ice cream onto the road.
