Vandalism makes a town look trashy… except when it encourages people to properly dispose of their trash. 

And that’s what the ‘Binions’ are doing. 

A total of ten trash bins across the English town of Peacehaven have been painted to look like characters from the smash animated film “Minions.” 

Who did it? No one seems to know—or care. 

“These bins have certainly drawn attention and brought comments and smiles from people passing by,” a Lewes District Council spokesperson told The Mirror. “Anything that encourages people to use the litter bins provided is a good thing as we want to keep the district clean and tidy for all to enjoy.”
