• Bradley Jay Allen, 26, 500 Falcon Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to maintain lane and driving while license is suspended or revoked (second offense in five years).

• Jimmy Lamar Burk, 38, 35 Woodlawn Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with drug trafficking.
• Corbin Crittenden, 22, 115 Marshall Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• Gendiah D’von Dixon, 17, 212 N. Easterling St.-124, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated battery and false imprisonment.
• Donnie Glenn Ensley, 44, 2562 Dug Gap Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of possession of a schedule 3, 4 or 5 drug with the intent to distribute, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
• Marcus Termane Hawkins, 31, 3505 Windy Hill Point, Lawrenceville, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• David Joseph Lawson, 44, 194 Poteet Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with failure to register as a sex offender/failure to comply with requirements/provide false information.

• Joshua Aaron Laster, 21, 106 W. Waterworks St., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and following too closely.
