• Ashley Sherree Kelley, 30, 1255 LaFayette Road, Resaca, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Natasha Hope Kinsey, 32, 1542 Boyles Mill Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with forgery in the third degree.

• John Albert Lindsay, 27, 1216 Wood Bridge Drive, Conyers, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Michael Scott Templeton, 22, 1016 Dude St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Stephen Nicholas Davenport, 26, 1131 Bishop Pond Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.
