• Robert Alexander Cadden, 39, 1501 Augusta Drive-2, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Charles Eugene Daniels, 51, 1013 Ramsey Bridge Road, Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Thursday by the state Department of Public Safety with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and an open container violation.

• Jason Flynn, 29, 324 Barrar Ave., Knoxville, Tenn., was charged Thursday by the state Department of Public Safety with drugs not in original container, possession of a schedule 1 drug, possession of a schedule 4 drug, reckless conduct, possession and use of drug-related objects, obstruction of officer by threat or violence, commercial motor vehicle hours of service violation, commercial motor vehicle driver violation and an open container violation.

• Brandon Daniel Gray, 25, 4091 Logan Road, Rocky Face, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with shoplifting, theft by taking, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving too fast for conditions.

• Charles Raymond Kelley, 57, 436 Scarlett Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, an open container violation and failure to maintain lane.

• Andrew Tollie Long, 46, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office as a fugitive from justice.

• Ryan Moore, 39, no address listed, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with battery, disorderly conduct and terroristic threats and acts.

• Heather Lynn Sutton, 29, 28 Robbies Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with parole violation.

• Sergio Uilese Araiza-Quintero, 25, 433 Morningside Drive-4, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with burglary, no insurance and failure to register vehicle.

• Justin Blake Hall, 25, 770 Callahan Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug-related objects and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

• Christy Brianna Mann, 18, 3073 Five Springs Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with drugs not in original container.

• Hector Ramirez, 17, 501 Foxwood St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with simple battery, disorderly conduct, obstruction of an officer by threat or violence, interference with an emergency medical service worker by threat or violence and furnishing, purchasing or possession of alcohol by a minor.

• Heather Renee Ward, 39, 1540 Oaklake Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
