• Amy Natasha Byers, 28, 11142 Newtown Creek Loop Road, Calhoun, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Ricky Leon Collins, 53, 198 Polk Way, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• Johnny Dewayne Dixon, 47, 636 Piney Hill Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, criminal trespass and two counts of criminal damage to property.
• Santiago Martinez Fraire, 41, 1119 Holly Grove Circle N.E., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with giving false information to a law officer, having no insurance, driving with license suspended, revoked and habitual violator.
• Charles Leroy Hibbs, 52, 1100 Miracle Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking.
• Samuel Isaiah Kent Jr., 3355 Chatsworth Road-E, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession to distribute Schedule 1 and 2 drugs and Schedule 3,4 and 5 hallucinogens.
• Barry Craig Mann, 32, 4210 Long View Road, Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary, forced entry, theft by taking and larceny.

• Celia Morales, 49, 1747 Sane Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by Dalton Police Department with DUI and speeding.
• Ryan Williams Pickett, 41, 2627 Hixson Pike, Chattanooga, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by taking, larceny, drugs not in original container, possession of Schedule 2 and 4 drugs, criminal trespass of property without permission and possession and use of drug-related objects.
• Mark Dewayne Roach, 47, 344 Robinson Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, driving while license suspended or revoked, following too closely and failure to maintain lane.
