• Alfredo Aguilar, 18, 503 Anderson Ave., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• James Sheril Brooks, 35, 2629 Tunnel Hill Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Monday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with two counts of possession of meth with the intent to distribute, use of communication facilities in drug transactions, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, two counts of driving while license is suspended or revoked, speeding and crossing guard line with a weapon without consent.

• Gregory Thomas Brown, 25, no address listed, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.

• Teresa Carol Brown, 50, 200 Watson Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI (drugs) and following too closely.

• Sandra Calderon-Garcia, 17, 1122 Orman St., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Kayla Nicole Carroll, 25, 2629 Tunnel Hill Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Monday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession and use of drug-related objects and requiring or permitting unlawful operation of a vehicle.

• Ulises Corona, 19, 300 Lesley Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Alton Lee Davidson, 42, 2161 B.C. Grant Road, Alto, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Tonya Darlene Dunagan, 36, 35 Dog Run Lane, Rocky Face, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and criminal trespass.

• Vicky Duran, 17, 1142 James St., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Allen Roy Fain, 37, 327 Ellijay St., Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Ashley Legrace Garey, 25, 3155 Wilmingham Drive, Atlanta, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with forgery in the third degree.

• Siera Rachel Hesse, 18, address unknown, was charged Monday by Dalton State College Public Safety with entering an auto with intent to commit theft or felony and theft by taking.  

• Allen Andre Hill, 43, 147 London Way-21, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with sale or intent to sell marijuana, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and theft by shoplifting.

• Ralph Servone Lawson, 54, 1438 Mount Carmel Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit a felony, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.

• Katlin Necole Love, 18, 407 Roberts St., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Brianna Lynn Massengill, 21, 1438 Mount Carmel Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.

• Danny Lloyd McCullough, 35, 420 Nordic Road, Crandall, was charged Monday by the Varnell Police Department with DUI, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, willful obstruction of law officers, an open container violation and failure to maintain lane.

• Carlos Pimentel-Quintero, 19, 1003 E. Lakeshore Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Henton Dwight Reed, 47, 1206 LaFayette Road, Rocky Face, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with failure to register as a sex offender.

• James Douglas Rice, 43, 795 Wilbanks Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with three counts of sale, distribution or possession of dangerous drugs and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

• Heather Leigh Sprankle, 29, 681 W. Memorial Drive, Dallas, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.

• Daniel Bernard Washington, 48, 427 N. Elm St. N.W., Rome, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with forgery in the first degree.

• Ronald Ray Forrest, 19, 2473 Highway 411 S., Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and obstruction of an officer.
