• Natasha Kaitlyn Davis, 18, 3950 S. Dixie Highway-5, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking, financial transaction card fraud and theft by deception.

• Daniel James Benjamin Epps, 61, 668 Sam Love Road, Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, open container violation and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Michael Franco-Santiago, 27, 2310 Countryside Drive, Charlotte, N.C., was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Shannon Allen Gann, 33, 2287 Dawnville-Beaverdale Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.

• Rickey Herrera, 55, 1636 Stinnett Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with forgery in the fourth degree.

• Wayne Douglas Hill, 52, 4038 Shane Trail, Ellenwood, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with forgery in the first degree.

• Steven Casey Holmes, 24, 446 Summerour Church Road, Crandall, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony bail jumping.

• Terri Denise Kesler, 32, 1925 Brady Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with impersonating a public officer or employee.

• Paul Dean Lewis, 34, 220 Saul Way, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with manufacture of marijuana, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of meth, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm/knife during the commission of a felony.

• Margaret Louise Roberts, 62, 303 Apison Road, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the state Department of Public Safety with possession of drug-related objects, reckless conduct and party to a crime.

• Alfredo Santiago-Franco, 43, 1216 White Plains Road, Charlotte, N.C., was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail for ICE.

• Charles Dwight Clark, 51, Canton, was charged Wednesday by the Eton Police Department with DUI, open container violation, turn signal requirements, failure to maintain lane, seat belt violation and reckless driving.

• Andrew Lewis Crowder, 18, 353 Nicole Drive, Resaca, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking, driving too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane, removing/affixing license plate with intent to conceal vehicle identity, driving while registration is suspended/revoked/canceled, driving without insurance, reckless driving and fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer.

• Doyle Michael Wheeling, 39, 236 Weaver Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, obstruction of an officer, failure to obey stop sign or yield after stopping and failure to maintain lane.
